At Placerville Seventh-day Adventist Church, our mission extends far beyond our sanctuary walls. Through Placerville SDA Community Services, we strive to embody Christ’s love by addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our neighbors.

We believe that serving others is at the heart of discipleship. Whether it’s providing food for a family, warm clothing for winter, or simply a listening ear during life’s hardest seasons, we are here to serve with kindness, dignity, and hope.

What We Do?

Feeding Those in Need

2nd & 4th Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, our dedicated volunteers distribute food and essentials to individuals and families facing food insecurity. In collaboration with local ministries like Common Ground, we strive to alleviate hunger and support those striving to regain stability in their lives.

Clothing & Furniture Assistance

We provide gently used clothing and essential furniture to those in need. Donations are accepted during office hours and distributed alongside our food services. Every blanket, jacket, and chair given helps a neighbor feel the warmth and security they deserve.

We periodically host health clinics offering preventive care, wellness education, and spiritual health programs, such as our recent Autoimmune Recovery Plan event. Our goal is to empower individuals to thrive in body, mind, and spirit.
